Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) for material movement
- Accurately track and update inventory in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics flow
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with our training)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork
