Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyance systems
- Load/unroll shipments with precision and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts using WMS systems and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized work zones per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect equipment pre/post-shift and report maintenance needs
- Support cycle counts and stock rotation initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Commitment to workplace safety compliance
