Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems
- Accurately receive, stock, and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Prepare shipments using provided packing equipment and labeling systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with all company-provided PPE
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided material handling equipment after training
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical assistance
- Valid driver's license preferred
