Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and paper documentation
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
