Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid California Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
