Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art warehouse
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using provided scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate material handling equipment with proper training
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
