Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records using provided scanners
- Follow safety protocols for equipment handling
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to operate provided machinery
- Team player with clear communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Lubbock facility
- Background check required (no felonies)
