Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials using provided scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records via company-provided digital systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols for all equipment operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (provided if not currently certified)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with provided lifting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to operate various company-provided machinery
