Responsibilities
- Operate provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload shipments while verifying inventory accuracy and documentation
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas with proper labeling and rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible hours including potential weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
