Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using provided digital scanning systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling hazardous materials
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Prepare shipments using provided packaging materials and tools
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided heavy machinery with certification training
- Strong attention to detail for inventory management tasks
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds with provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid California Driver's License (for yard operations)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not held)
