Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate records of material movements using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
