Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory quantities and document stock movements accurately.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping of finished goods to meet delivery deadlines.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
