Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect, maintain, and report issues with provided equipment daily
- Accurately inventory and track materials using barcode scanning systems
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and workflows
- Prepare shipments for delivery with proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment charging stations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided electronic scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
