Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisor
- Operate warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS systems) with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
