Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming materials using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for daily shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Document all transactions in inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Mesa facility
