Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders for shipment while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Complete paperwork and digital documentation for all material movements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer skills with ability to learn inventory software
