Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within warehouse facilities
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support loading/unloading operations for incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
