Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products between storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with precision and safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage, discrepancies, and quality standards before processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
