Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately to maintain stock levels.
- Material Movement: Load, unload, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Warehouse Safety: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator certification.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available for flexible scheduling.
