Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and ensure easy access to materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy machinery (certification provided upon hiring).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
