Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation (First-In, First-Out).
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
