Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare products for shipping according to standard operating procedures and customer requirements.
- Update inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed by management.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization to maximize workflow efficiency.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift) is a plus but we provide training.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
