Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify counts against packing slips, and inspect for damage.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for distribution with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a major plus (we provide training for the right candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
