Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory levels using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling machinery with precision
- Document all material movements and inventory discrepancies in digital systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification and proven operating proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
