Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and move inventory to designated storage areas
- Perform inventory counts and verify shipments against documentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
