Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and package materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyors and automated systems
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Background check and drug test required
