Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery in compliance with training and certification requirements
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
