Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and FIFO rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and comply with OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Complete documentation for material movements and inventory transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
