Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards in all warehouse activities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process transactions
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in inventory software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
