Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Accurately scan and inventory incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Prepare and maintain shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
