Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to meet company standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Generate and update warehouse documentation using digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
