Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and production timelines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and verify shipment documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with OSHA standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
