Responsibilities
- Handle, move, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain material handling tools
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support shipping/receiving processes as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth facility
