Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory accuracy against manifests
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation methods
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and shipping deadlines
- Complete paperwork and digital records for material movements and inventory counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within first week
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass background check and drug screening
