Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Certification in forklift operation (or ability to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
