Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
- Support shipping/receiving processes to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
