Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives through continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
