Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery including scanners and conveyors
- Organize and optimize storage areas for maximum space utilization
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
