- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety compliance
- Accurately inventory and organize stock in warehouse systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse management software (WMS)
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
