Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Organize inventory with barcode scanning and WMS software accuracy
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
