Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory while maintaining proper documentation
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and reduce downtime
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
