Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Unload inbound shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Pick and pack orders for outbound delivery using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
