Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with precision and accuracy.
- Material Movement: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely between storage and shipping areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional overtime and weekends.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
