Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Organize and store materials in designated areas with proper labeling and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
