Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move materials and products
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation systems
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize storage space through strategic organization and labeling
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
