Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Inspect and prepare materials for shipment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
