Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
