Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Accurately inventory and organize warehouse materials in compliance with protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- OSHA safety training certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
