What You'll Do:
Your primary focus will be the efficient handling of goods, from receiving to shipping, ensuring that our warehouse operates at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from customer delivery sites using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare and package items for shipment, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred but training provided).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
