Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, receive shipments, and ensure accurate documentation of stock levels using ERP systems.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all quality and safety protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
